The Sand Castle Field Services mobile app is provided to authorized agents for the purpose of completing field services. Use of the application is restricted to authorized users, who have agreed to the terms of the application’s "End User License Agreement" (EULA).
Sand Castle respects your privacy. Within the mobile app, Sand Castle uses your data to help complete services for our clients and to communicate regarding work orders.
Sand Castle will only collect data that is important to achieve those goals.
Your name, email address, and phone number are used to facilitate communication about work orders.
Your location may be used to enable notifications for new work orders. Location is also important as a verification tool for conducting services. Location history is not retained.
If a user needs to have their data removed, a request can be submitted through the Sand Castle Field Services website, through the link below.
